Client Support Specialist

Work location: full-time at the Garment IO Sheikh Zayed Office.

Working hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM Sunday to Thursday. Saturdays on-call and message support from home from 8:30AM to 4:30PM for urgencies and emergencies only.

Job Description

  1. Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories via phone, chat and email in Arabic and English
  2. Support factories with on-call and online training, technical support, issue handling and responding to inquiries
  3. Validate and report technical bugs and coordinate efforts to resolve them with technical teams
  4. Continuously monitor factory performance and advise factory management on maximizing the benefit from Garment IO via concise messages on the opportunities they can capitalize on
  5. Document responses, cases and Standard Operating Procedures for technical support

Required skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
  • Effective and organized online and phone communication skills
  • Ability and persistence to work alone supporting multi-stakeholder, large factories
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Dedication and commitment to deliverables

Operations Analyst – Intern

Work locations:

  1. Factory visits in all over Egypt (one-day trips) (60%)
  2. Home (30%)
  3. Garment IO office in Sheikh Zayed (10%)

Job Description

Shadow and assist Operations Analysts in achieving the following:

Client Success

  1. Support factories with training, issue handling and responding to inquiries
  2. Analyze new factory requirements and document them
  3. Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy, support and training
  4. Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories
  5. Continuously monitor factory performance and advise factory management on maximizing the benefit from Garment IO
  6. Recommend changes to the manufacturing process or incentive schemes to help factories create the best value out of Garment IO deployment

System Deployment

  1. Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes for new factories
  2. Study how the new factory works and what its priorities are
  3. Execute the deployment plan for Garment IO in new factories while taking the above into consideration

Asset Management

  1. Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment, devices and Garment IO hardware
  2. Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receipts

Required skills

  • Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt on one-day assignments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
  • Effective and organized online and face-to-face communication skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Dedication and commitment to deliverables
