Job Description
- Analyze, prioritize, develop, and own the product roadmap
- Continuously analyze and review the usability of the product views and suggest improvements and modifications
- Gather new feature requests from operations and clients and discuss them with the product owner
- Get direct feedback from the clients regarding the suggested features if needed
- Translate requests and features into structured, descriptive user stories for the development team.
- Write comprehensive descriptions of the user stories including detailed definitions, equations and translations
- Generate low fidelity mockups to reflect the front-end requirements
- Manage the agile process including developing the sprints user stories, managing the sprint refinement, the sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Explain and discuss the new features and enhancements to the scrum master and the CTO in the sprint refinement meeting
- Explain the new features and enhancements to the development team in the sprint planning meeting
- Support the development team with information, equations and insights on the requested features
- Perform acceptance testing and make sure that the developed features meet their objectives
- Develop release notes and educational materials for the users including videos, help text and definitions
Required skills
- 3 to 6 years working experience in product management preferably with a startup experience
- BSc. in Engineering, preferably industrial engineering.
- High attention to detail
- Strong research acumen and capability
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
- Effective and organized written and face-to-face communication skills
- Strong time management capabilities
- Dedication and commitment to deliverables
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in industrial engineering field
- Experience in product management in startups
- Strong Google Sheets and Docs experience
- Basic Photoshop skills and image editing skills
