Job Description

  1. Write comprehensive descriptions of the required tasks including detailed definitions, equations and terms so that developers can estimate and work on accurate tasks
  2. Generate low fidelity mockups to reflect the front-end requirements for each task
  3. Survey and keep a close contact with all factories to understand their needs, usage and requirements to create new relevant features
  4. Get direct feedback from the clients regarding new or suggested features
  5. Gather, document and organize new feature requests from operations and clients
  6. Clearly communicate and clarify missing information in requested features to product owner, development team or operations
  7. Receive the developed features from the development team, test them and validate that they meet their objectives
  8. Continuously analyze and review the usability of the system and suggest improvements and modifications
  9. Develop educational materials including written guides, videos, help text and definitions

Required skills

  1. 1 to 3 years working experience
  2. Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
  3. Effective and organised online and face-to-face communication skills
  4. High attention to detail
  5. Strong research acumen and capability
  6. Ability and persistence to work alone on large tasks
  7. Professionalism in meeting deadlines
  8. Strong time management capabilities
  9. Dedication and commitment to deliverables

Preferred Skills

  1. Previous experience and background in job description tasks
  2. Previous leadership or volunteer experience
  3. Strong Google Sheets and Docs experience
  4. Basic mocking up and Photoshop capabilities

  1. Questions, points of clarification and overall clarity of tasks written for developers
  2. Change requests in tasks after internal release
  3. Modifications required from clients after public release
  4. Response time in testing and accepting tasks submitted by development team
