Job Description

Note: job location is between Dokki and Smart Village at the moment. We are moving to Sheikh Zayed by mid-year.

  1. Manages and carries out all Talent Management processes in Garment IO
  2. Talent Marketing: Inspiring communication and vacancy promotion to target audiences, social media management for Garment IO branding and marketing for employment
  3. Talent Selection: CV filtering, selection process design, conducting interviews with technical leads or senior management
  4. Talent Induction: orientation, goal setting, documentation, admin
  5. Learning & Development: opportunity sourcing, soft skills training, capacity building
  6. Performance Management: performance appraisals, reward & recognition, tracking and policy enforcement
  7. Compensation & Benefits: salary scales management, cost-effective benefit creation and management
  8. Work Environment: guiding and maintaining a positive, inclusive, conducive and exciting work culture for all
  9. Manages all office-related administration: including but not limited to: managing office maintenance, utilities fees, expenses, basic accounting, connectivity, services, suppliers

Required skills and experience

  • Up to 3 years work/volunteer experience
  • High process orientation and attention to streamlined processes and experiences
  • High level of integrity and keenness on preserving confidentiality and private information
  • Passion and interest for Talent Management exhibited through past experiences
  • Excellent command of English
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong familiarity and understanding of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Active student life in organizations and student activities

Preferred skills

  • Talent management experience
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheet capabilities
  • Basic Photoshop capabilities
