Job Description

Sales (70% currently)

  1. Create new leads by identifying warm channels to factory owners and managers in different industries
  2. Own and manage the customer relationship management process including lead qualification going through communication activities until lead closure
  3. Manage and update sales materials, proposals and presentations
  4. Perform live demos of the system to potential clients

Marketing (30% currently)

  1. Conduct market research and segmentation by gathering, classifying and updating data on several markets, industries, clients, competition and potential partners
  2. Develop a comprehensive B2B marketing plan including communication activities and events
  3. Maintain a strong client community and manage special events, communication and community management for factory owners
  4. Manage external communication channels including website, LinkedIn and Facebook
  5. Plan and organise marketing events for the company such as seminars, webinars and potential client meetings
  6. Create, manage and supervise the creation of content such as website content, presentations, introductions and media material (with external providers when needed)

Required skills

  1. 1 to 3 years working experience in a similar discipline
  2. Strong research acumen and capability
  3. Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  4. Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
  5. Effective and organised online and face-to-face communication skills
  6. Ability and persistence to work alone on large tasks
  7. Professionalism in meeting deadlines
  8. Strong time management capabilities
  9. Dedication and commitment to deliverables

Preferred Skills

  1. Previous experience and background in job description tasks
  2. Previous leadership or volunteer experience
  3. Strong Google Sheets and Docs experience
  4. Basic Photoshop skills
