Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare a study on the Moroccan market including the market sizing, segmentation, competition analysis
  • Develop and execute a market entry strategy to penetrate the Moroccan Market
  • Generate leads, nurture client relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, providing valuable feedback to enhance the Garment IO system.
  • Achieve sales objectives, analyze performance data, and lead conversion efforts from various marketing channels.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to factories for effective platform usage.
  • Conduct on-site visits for training, consultancy and support.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on system capabilities.
  • Manage key accounts, recognize customer needs, and provide insights for product improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and operational activities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
  • Experience with garments manufacturing is a must
  • Proven sales and project management experience, ideally in technology or manufacturing, with a focus on the garment industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with tech sales methodologies, processes, and strategies.
  • Effective communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate system features and benefits.
  • Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments
