Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to deeply understand client needs through qualification deep-dives, ensuring alignment of our solution with their requirements.
- Engage stakeholders across client organizations to validate project commitment and garner enthusiastic buy-in.
- Develop comprehensive closing plans, ensuring that all aspects of the sales cycle are meticulously planned and executed.
- Secure customer commitment to project timelines, guiding them through the implementation process for a seamless experience.
- Provide vital input and support during pre-sales activities, contributing to the creation of compelling proposals and presentations.
- Be fully informed about the product’s technical aspects, understanding its features and benefits, to address inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the operations team for successful handover and deployment.
- Effectively manage and maintain customer relationships post-sale, nurturing them for potential upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or related industry, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, processes, and strategies.
- Effective communicator and influencer, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and confidently handle objections.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical acumen to understand and communicate product features and benefits.
- Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
