Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development to understand client pain points, tailoring product demonstrations accordingly.
- Craft compelling, real-time presentations highlighting solution’s unique features and addressing specific challenges.
- Leverage deep product knowledge to recommend solutions aligning with clients’ desired outcomes.
- Adapt presentations in real-time to respond to evolving client requirements and scenarios.
- Address technical queries effectively, ensuring clients comprehend the solution’s capabilities.
- Provide real-time solutions for obstacles during demonstrations.
- Encourage interactive exploration of features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the product team, staying updated on solution’s capabilities.
- Contribute valuable feedback from client interactions to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Facilitate a seamless handover to the implementation or customer success team for successful client onboarding.
- Deliver captivating demonstrations showcasing real-time visibility, efficiency, and productivity enhancements.
- Tailor presentations to simulate industry-specific scenarios, illustrating how the system addresses operational challenges.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of impactful product demo experience, ideally in SaaS or tech industry.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a relevant degree (Bachelors / Masters or equivalent desirable).
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales or implementation consulting.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, processes, and disciplines.
- Technical acumen for translating complex concepts.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with agile collaboration abilities.
- Customer-focused communicator with excellent English fluency.
- Curiosity about industry trends and tech advancements.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
