Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Business Development to understand client pain points, tailoring product demonstrations accordingly.
  2. Craft compelling, real-time presentations highlighting solution’s unique features and addressing specific challenges.
  3. Leverage deep product knowledge to recommend solutions aligning with clients’ desired outcomes.
  4. Adapt presentations in real-time to respond to evolving client requirements and scenarios.
  5. Address technical queries effectively, ensuring clients comprehend the solution’s capabilities.
  6. Provide real-time solutions for obstacles during demonstrations.
  7. Encourage interactive exploration of features and functionalities.
  8. Collaborate with the product team, staying updated on solution’s capabilities.
  9. Contribute valuable feedback from client interactions to inform product enhancements and improvements.
  10. Facilitate a seamless handover to the implementation or customer success team for successful client onboarding.
  11. Deliver captivating demonstrations showcasing real-time visibility, efficiency, and productivity enhancements.
  12. Tailor presentations to simulate industry-specific scenarios, illustrating how the system addresses operational challenges.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. 2 to 5 years of impactful product demo experience, ideally in SaaS or tech industry.
  2. Self-motivated and organized, with a relevant degree (Bachelors / Masters or equivalent desirable).
  3. Demonstrated success in pre-sales or implementation consulting.
  4. Proficiency in sales methodologies, processes, and disciplines.
  5. Technical acumen for translating complex concepts.
  6. Familiarity with garment manufacturing or related industries.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with agile collaboration abilities.
  8. Customer-focused communicator with excellent English fluency.
  9. Curiosity about industry trends and tech advancements.
  10. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
