Job Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities, and establishing new business awareness to company projects and markets.
  2. Promoting the company’s existing projects and introducing new projects to the market.
  3. Exploiting changing market opportunities and responding to competitor strategies.
  4. Developing  and researching marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client requirements, identifying market trends to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  5. Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients by conducting interviews with new & current customers to gather customer requirements and preferences for projects.
  6. Understanding client needs and offering solutions, support and presenting proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company standards.
  7. Ensuring all estimates are prepared and approved as needed prior to presenting to customers.
  8. Producing billing documentation, conducting customer walk-through, and collecting payments if necessary.
  9. Representing the company at various events, organizations, and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new business.
  10. Acting in the capacity of the company representative and developing community ties to enhance the public image and brand of the Company.
  11. Providing feedback to appropriate parties regarding pricing, competition and other market observations.
  12. Providing offers recommendations regarding marketing strategies, materials and opportunities.
  13. Following up on billing and collection status of all projects/customers.
  14. Preparing weekly sales plans/ reports and keeping customer records.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 3 Years of Experience in sales and business development
  2. BSc/BA in Engineering or business administration   
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Fluent English Language (Spoken & written).
  5. Be exceptionally well presented
  6. Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
  7. Excellent use of Microsoft Office
  8. Strong time management skills
  9. Excellent organizational skills
  10. Ability to maintain a strong relationship with key clients to ensure a high rate of client retention
  11. Skilled in identifying potential areas of growth

  1. From Sunday to Thursday ( Hybrid )
  2. Friday & Saturday are off  
  3. Flexible working hours (8 working hours)
